• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during account registration or the identity verification process.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.

• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.

bbaji99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account holder has engaged in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• The account holder has failed to complete required identity or age verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful purposes.
• A self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction has been activated on the account, either by the user or by bbaji99 on the user's behalf.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, financial, or reputational risk to bbaji99.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bbaji99 may, at its discretion, forfeit any remaining account balance, void any pending bets, and cancel any active bonuses. Where an account is closed for any reason not attributable to user misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the user via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Any outstanding balance at the time of closure will be withdrawn to the user's registered payment method provided that all verification requirements have been met.

• Service interruptions, downtime, technical errors, or data loss resulting from circumstances beyond bbaji99's reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or third-party service provider outages.
• Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to the independent operations of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, or any other third-party payment provider.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information published on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to technical error or data feed failure.
